  • Do you check data before showing the client via online reporting?

    Yes, all data is auto validated, then any data that falls outside set parameters is then manually investigated.

  • Is the portal updated on a daily basis? Is real time available?

    Yes, near real time is an option. We actually also have a team that monitors for any missed and will flag any issues, so it becomes light touch for clients.

  • Will the count data be skewed if visitors are entering the store with a dog?

    The camera won’t detect dogs because of the shape. This is the same principle for all the cameras.
