Bespoke and tailored sessions covering a 13-week period. The course includes an in-depth research period by Ipsos Retail Performance analytics team, a 1-day initial overview and diagnostic session plus a half-way review and follow up session.
Week 1 – 6
For your store, we will monitor traffic, conversion rate, average transaction value (where required) and staff stretch (where required) of the stores taking part. Hourly profiles for each store on each day of the week will be built and analysed by our analysts.
A training day will be held for store managers, area managers and head office representatives exploring traffic data and how to interpret reports. The concept of Manager Excel will be explained and store performances over the last six weeks will be discussed. Plus:
- Pre-agreed targets will be set to increase conversion rate and average transaction value.
- Action Plans will be created by store managers detailing planned activities to alleviate the causes of drops in conversion rate and average transaction value.
Store managers will be provided with their store’s traffic data via specific Manager Excel reports. With our help store managers will be able to:
- Analyse the traffic data to assess whether their agreed actions worked.
- Create additional Action Plans to implement.
Store performance over the exercise period will be assessed; learnings will be shared and discussed.
