March 9 – 10 sees the return of the Retail Business Technology Expo at London’s Olympia and Ipsos Retail Performance will be exhibiting at the event. Tim Joint, head of sales and marketing, explains more.

The Retail Business Expo attracts some of the biggest names in retail – so we are excited to be launching an innovative solution to help retailers monitor store traffic, manage queues and much more.

Unveiled in the UK for the first time, the new Fusion Hub brings together all of Ipsos Retail Performance’s systems so that retailers can access the data they need, including store traffic, repeat visitors and queue information, all on one dashboard.

During the event, we will also showcase our queue management solution. Developed in partnership with customer experience management specialist Qmatic, it offers analytics on
the number of arrivals, no shows and average wait times within the queue.

Our integrated solution has traditionally been based around store traffic and conversion rates but we’ve now added insights into shopper behaviour, workforce management solutions, Wi-Fi capabilities as well as queuing and customer journey management.

The Ipsos Retail Performance team will be at Stand 480 at the Retail Business Technology Expo, which takes place on 9th and 10th March.
