Business improvement is an ongoing process reflected in the series of training programmes that Ipsos Retail Performance offers. From introductory programmes to refresher courses and master classes, our training modules are designed to fully involve and motivate staff. Separate modules exist for store managers, area and regional managers and head office staff. Content is personalised to suit their differing needs and roles.
