Long-standing client, the National Portrait Gallery, has renewed its footfall counting contract with Ipsos Retail Performance for another year.
The deal will see the continued implementation of Ipsos Retail Performance’s ’Shopper Count’ solution, enabling the National Portrait Gallery to measure customer trends on an hourly, daily, weekly, and year-on-year basis.
Dr Tim Denison, director of retail intelligence at Ipsos Retail Performance said, “We are delighted that the National Portrait Gallery has renewed its contract for another year. Ipsos Retail Performance also operates in the retail sector, offering additional services including customer journey tracking, queue management and in-store behavioral research.
